- Advising Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) arbitrational tribunal on matters of law and procedure in connection with Conservatory Measures in connection with a USD 50m engineering dispute.
- Expert Determination of ad-hoc commercial dispute between the US and Middle East consortium in dispute with the significant developer in Bahrain over the terms of their engagement relating to an off-shore construction project.
