Aniz is an international arbitrator and adjudicator specialising in construction, engineering & infrastructure, commercial and insurance & re-insurance disputes. 

Aniz has been involved in high-value, complex SIAC, ICC, LMAA, KLRCA and ad hoc arbitrations in jurisdictions across the globe including, Europe, Middle East and Asia. He has also acted as party counsel in hundreds of arbitrations.

  • Appointed as Adjudicator in respect of a dispute involving the main contractor and the sub-contractor for an accommodation camp in Johor Bahru. 
  • Appointed as Adjudicator in respect of a dispute involving renovation and refurbishment works for Istana Negara.
