He is a member of mediator panels at several institutions  and on lists held by many national and international law firms used for sourcing mediators.

Gregory’s mediation style has been referred to as “relaxed but active”.  He places an importance on building rapport with the parties and putting them at ease before the mediation day itself if possible.  He has had significant success mediating where strong personalities on either side have clashed.  This has been by building an environment in which emotions can be released without derailing chances of settlement.  Though he is relaxed and easy to get along with, he is known to be tough when required.

Gregory regularly leads mediator skills training which allows him to incorporate the latest developments and trends.
